Aircraft Cost Analysis Excel Model

Model Overview

This model requires that you have Microsoft Excel 2000 or later version installed on your PC.  It has NOT been tested on the Macintosh and we cannot support its use on the Macintosh.

This model is an aid for your sales personnel as well as a management tool to assist in the profitable pricing of managed, fractional, managed joint ownership, rental, charter, and agricultural aircraft, as well as helicopters.

The model was designed specifically for ease of use.  Only basic computer skills are required and all formulas and reports are protected to prevent accidental errors.

This model will work with any aircraft type (single-engine trainer to Boeing 747, even agricultural aircraft and helicopters).  The model contains an aircraft database that includes many current production aircraft.  All input can be changed and is controlled by the user.  Once you input all the required information for the type aircraft and desired analysis, the model can store each analysis so that it can be easily retrieved in the future.  You may store up to 65,535 individual analyses, easily keeping a record of every cost analysis that you perform for a specific customer and allowing an immediate recall of each analysis.
